PHOTO CONTEST & EXHIBITION

Photo Contest – Our first meeting of the year will feature a photo contest, open to any subject. A slideshow set to music will display the member-submitted entries. Following the show, the three top images in each category (Novice, Regular, and Master) will be revealed, along with the most favorite images as selected by the members.

Photo Exhibition – Members will also submit images to share with the club. This is our members’ opportunity to show off what they’ve been working on lately! The exhibitions have become a member favorite activity. A second slideshow set to music will display the member-submitted entries, and discussion will follow the slideshow.

Worksession – Bill Miller will lead a session on the process of evaluating / critiquing photos when judging a club photo contest. All members and guests, in small groups, will be able to practice providing critiques on a couple of anonymous photographs.

Meeting will be at The Cookeville Art studio and Gallery
186 S Walnut Ave Ste A, Cookeville, TN 38501

Meeting starts at 7pm – Doors open at 6:45pm.
