David Shaw will perform a live edit of several of his photographs (time permitting) using Lightroom, allowing members to watch the transformation unfold in real time. From subtle adjustments to dramatic enhancements, he will demonstrate how he shapes light, contrast, and color to give his images depth and impact — creating photographs that truly speak for themselves.

He will also walk through the process of stacking multiple exposures, whether combining them for greater resolution and clarity or seamlessly stitching frames together to create sweeping panoramic images. In addition, he will reveal how he edits his astrophotography — carefully drawing out the rich blues, purples, and golds of the Milky Way while protecting the integrity of the night sky and avoiding overexposure — before refining the final image in Photoshop.
