Photo Contest – Our first meeting of the year will feature a photo contest with the theme of Christmas. Members’ submissions will be presented in a slideshow showcasing the creativity and talent within our club. After the presentation, we’ll announce the people’s choice images in each division.

Framing and Matting – Three opportunities to use the same photos for the club print competition, our club CAS Photography Exhibition, and entries into the Putnam County Fair’s Cultural Arts five Pro/CCC classes will be presented by Sandy Miller. Learn about traditional matting and framing options – and how to make your prints look great without the expense of mats. Two frames will be proposed for members to display at CAS, showing how faux photo mats can be created for framing and used at CAS, in addition to removing them to use for the fair. This discussion will help you prepare for these three upcoming opportunities.
